(I asked what IGCT means. I'll post the answer when I get it. But I can tell you one thing. The part about strange, uncommon thoughts that seem very negative? That would explain why I have been thinking about nothing but violence and destruction lately. sheesh.)

Special Message About the Energetic Shifts - IGCT
Hi Everyone,
Just thought I would write about my experience with this, and then let the IGCT speak (LOL! I have no idea what they are going to say! They just asked me to do this - so, who am I to argue, LOL! Oh, if you listen carefully, you can hear their laughter about this comment!)
I will be polite and euphemistic and just say that early Saturday morning my digestive system experienced a complete house cleaning, and then later that night, while I was writing at the computer, I experienced an inpouring of energy through my crown chakra that was so intense and high that I had extreme vertigo and nausea. I couldn't stand up, or finish writing, so I closed down the computer and went to bed. The energy was still pouring into me and did so for about a half hour.
Then on Sunday night, while I was doing my clearing exercise before bed, I had an energy wave pass through my head from left to right, just above my ears. It was one energy wave, but it was so strong, and I could "feel" each peak and trough as it passed through. It was not painful, but I have never had something this acute occur before.
Well, last night, after having a somewhat intense day of crying and cleansing, I was doing my clearing and aligning exercise before bed again, and this time I felt four separate energy waves that were aligned in a row just above my left ear, and they travelled through my head on a diagonal path from the left ear and out the crown chakra. These I could feel and hear - very high pitched.
It's normal for me to have all kinds of strange things occurring, but these energy waves have been particularly strong. I sense that others are experiencing something similar, and so I asked the guides about it. Here they are!
"Good afternoon all Lightworkers! We are the IGCT!
We are excited to see that so many of you are embracing the transformative energies that have been literally bombarding your planet since the beginning of the month. Know that the rest of March will be equally intense, and that you will experience much shifting. You are beautiful Beings who are finally discarding all energies that are of a lower vibration, and while it may be painful or disconcerting, we see that you are bravely continuing to process all that needs to be released. We caution you to remember that you each have a unique process and journey and purpose, and that it is extremely important at this time to focus on your own process and what it means to you, while honouring the processes of others. You have a saying that there are "many paths to the top of the mountain," and this is the case with your ascension processes.
Now, some of you are experiencing severe symptoms with the shifts, and we do lovingly remind you that if you encounter those who are experiencing this intensity, or if you are yourself, you do not indulge in judgment! We see that some on your plane are suggesting to others that they cease resisting the energies, and we strongly caution you to avoid this judgment, for it is a misperception! We will repeat this, for it is of vital importance in understanding and supporting and encouraging others: It is a misperception and inappropriate to counsel others who are in process of transformation to cease resisting the energies.
We gently remind you that you must focus on your own transformation and that the Higher Self of each individual is guiding them on the path that is the most effective for them. That said, we do not encourage you to respond to another's difficulties by suggesting that they "brought it on," or that they are "creating their own reality." We do find this statement gauche in the extreme, as from our viewpoint, all create on a collective level, and we apologize if we offend any of you, but the truth is that none of you are that powerful that you completely create your own reality. This is ego, and this thinking is to be discouraged.
We do not suggest that you do not have input in your own lives, or are powerless - for that is not accurate. However, we will state that your personalities are also subject, first and foremost, to your Higher Selves, or your Aspect Extensions of your Soul, which resides in the Source. Without the Source energy, none of us could create anything. So do not allow the ego to take so much credit unto itself. Honour Yourselves and the Source of Your Being. We are all working with non-differentiated energies of the Universal Force Field, and while we can direct these to a degree, they are not completely within our control.
We will alert you to the intense energies that are permeating your planet and individual consciousness this week. Tomorrow you will enter what you call the "Shadow of the Eclipse" which is a fanciful way of describing the pre-eclipse energies. These energies are building in the sign of Pisces, which is the sign of Universal Love, and is not bounded by the earth plane laws. We encourage you to attune yourselves to this energy, as it exemplifies the principle of Unity and Oneness. State to any Piscean, "We Are All One," and they will look at you and respond, "Duh!" as you would say. We encourage you to sense the Oneness and embrace the Knowing that you are indeed part of All That Is.
From March 15 -21, you will be in this eclipse energy, and it is an ending as well as a new beginning. The eclipse being in the final or release sign of the zodiac affords you the opportunity to clear all old energies before entering the new year at the Spring Equinox. Many of you are responding to this opportunity and doing so, but it is not the easiest of energies, for many of you have experienced these physical symptoms of ultra high energy, sharp pains in the head, recurring and persistent headaches, or energy entering or shooting out through your crown. We would ask that you simply allow and experience the energies rather than analyze them.
At times we have seen that some of you are in the grip of raw emotion, and we commend you for your courage to experience this, as it has dredged up some deeply negative emotions, and we have heard some of you asking to come Home and/or fighting your sense to leave when the pain of the emotions is acute. Know that at this time, as always, we are with you, guarding and tenderly holding you in the Light as you navigate this difficult terrain. We assure you that you are almost through this extremely painful phase, both physically and mentally and emotionally. Each of you will process this energy in your own way, some experiencing near emotional breakdowns/breakthroughs, some experiencing severe physical illnesses, some experiencing strange, uncommon thoughts that feel very negative.
Call on us and your guides at this time, for we are with you, even if you are not sensing us. When you ask for assistance, even in distress, we gather around and "hold the safe space," so to speak, for your processing. Now, by "safe space," we mean that it is understood that the energies you are working with and through, are not going out as intentions to All That Is. Just as a child needs to feel safe and loved while "throwing a tantrum," so do you when you are processing. We provide this for each of you, but we do love you and will not intrude, as we are bound by the Law of Non-interference.
We will explain that this Law does not imply that you are to leave others or say, "That is your problem, you created it!" as we have heard some suggest. We ask you if this demonstrates the compassion of your highest nature? The Law of Non-interference simply means that we do not intrude or impose or assist where or when we are not asked. This Law applies to all Beings on all planes and dimensions.
And so, the energies are building this week to an exciting denouement of the old, and emergence of the new, for the Spring Equinox is also the beginning of the "Energetic New Year," as we have said. This year will be very exciting, and those individuals who are of the fire and air elements - meaning Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius of the fire element, and Gemini, Libra, and Aquarius of the air element - will have the easiest time adapting to the high energy, as these signs are of an active nature to start with and will enjoy the heady sense of movement.
The earth and the water signs - that is the Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn of the earth element, and the Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces of the water element - will take a little time to adjust, for these are the receptive signs of the zodiac, and magnetize and draw energies into their spheres, rather than actively pursue courses. So we would encourage you to have patience, love and understanding for each other, as you experience the Solar Eclipse and embrace the "New Year."
Know with all of your Being that we love you and are with you always, all ways. Honour the Source and embrace your own wisdom. Know that you know! Each of you are on a unique journey, therefore discover and honour it, and remember that all journeys are correct. Attend to your own, and lovingly support each other, for this is an intense time, but the result...Oh! the resulting peace and sense of connection with Self, Others, and the Source, is glorious!
